Since 1986, Kay has been a retained search consultant with extensive experience leading assignments for technology, manufacturing and energy clients, as well as a wide variety of other industries. Kay’s success and experience is built on her consultative approach and unique insight. She is able to quickly understand an organization’s dynamics and day-to-day operations of business. Kay has a proven ability to identify leadership – from the C-Suite to high-potential, resulting in many long-term client relationships. She has successfully placed executives in nearly every functional discipline, including human resources, finance, supply chain & operations, general management, information technology, engineering, and sales & marketing. In addition to her role as Vice President, Client Services at Integrated People Solutions, Kay was the founder and President of Chapman Tierney Search and Consulting, a boutique executive search practice for fourteen years. From 1986 to 1990, she was a partner at First Colorado Consulting Group, a human resources consulting and retained search firm. Kay graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a BSBA in Merchandising.
